Admission is reserved for founders who have sold their company for a minimum of 3 million euros, either personally or via a holding company.

Everything that is said, shared or experienced within Exit Club remains strictly confidential. This confidentiality is the very condition of the freedom and sincerity of exchanges.

Non-solicitation
Members agree not to solicit, sell or promote their activities to other members. Exit Club is not a marketplace, it's an entrepreneurial sanctuary.

Sponsorship
Each new member must be introduced by two sponsors who are already Club members. These sponsors guarantee the legitimacy, spirit and confidentiality of the candidate. Their role is to attest that the future member shares our values: high standards in exchanges, respect for the sanctuary represented by Exit Club.
